Hi, I’m Jessica Green—an Integrative Health Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in sustainable building consulting. My work has always centered around one key question:
How do we create environments that help people feel better—not just function better?
Before launching Root & Flow Living, I spent years guiding design teams, architects, and developers on how to reduce toxins, improve indoor air quality, and create high-performance spaces through certifications like LEED and WELL. But while those frameworks focused on buildings, I found myself drawn to what happens inside them—to the daily lived experience of the people who call those spaces home.
My personal journey through autoimmune illness, hormone imbalance, and burnout deepened my belief that health isn’t just about what we eat or how we move—it’s also about where we live, rest, and restore. The lighting in your bedroom. The air you breathe. The energy of your kitchen. The materials you’re surrounded by. It all matters.
Today, I combine my deep knowledge of wellness, habit change, and environmental design to help homeowners, real estate investors, and short-term rental hosts create spaces that support vitality, clarity, and long-term well-being.
Because when your space works with your body, not against it—everything flows more easily.
